Return Policy

At Southern Made Customs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the custom nature of our products, please review our return and exchange guidelines carefully.

1. Custom Orders Are Final

All custom apparel and printed items are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you approved, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly:

  • Reprint the affected item(s) at no additional cost, or

  • Offer a full or partial refund depending on the issue.

  • Rejected items must be returned to us via a prepaid shipping label emailed to you.

Please include clear photos and a detailed description of the problem.

3. Sizing Issues

We provide size charts and guidance on each product page. Since each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing errors made by the customer.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once we’ve started printing, cancellations are not possible.

5. Shipping Issues

Southern Made Customs is not responsible for delays or errors caused by shipping carriers. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
